First visit to Cedar Garage
Main dealer reported my Car had a leak from the oil separator a couple of years ago. I was becoming less and less impressed with their service and looked around for an alternative. Cedar advertise as German car specialists so I discussed the problem with them. They seemed efficient and after thinking it over for a couple of weeks I booked it in. A little pricey but better than the main dealer but probably a fair price a job that is not too common.
A little tight for parking but I got the last spot. As I wasn’t sure what or where the oil separator was I asked if they would take photos before, during and after which they did.
All my dealings with them has been professional and courteous and the work was finished on time. Would I recommend them? Yes

Great service and friendly staff. Checked my BMW issue and gave me the reassurance all was good when I collected the vehicle later in the day. On top of that reduced my bill as inspection was straight forward cannot fault them thank you.

Cedar managed to see my car promptly
Cedar managed to see my car promptly. I feel that they were thorough. The bill came to less than originally quoted so having given the ok to proceed on the quote I felt that this showed that they are very honest and trustworthy. My car is running great now! Would recommend and will take my other car there now too!

Why I am returning to Cedar Garage Services
I used Cedar Garage Services many years ago when i drove An Audi A6, and now I chose to drive another performance car and thought to return to Cedar Services as historically the work ethics and pricing were more than just exeptional and competative. I have initially only had a battery diagnosis and replacement and an MOT to date, but I am more than happy now that initial purchase of my present cars 1 year suppliers cover has expired I will use Cedar Services to carry out servicing and any diagnostics on my latest vehicle. A for instance is they have already almost halved a quote on a work schedule supplied by car distributors and advised that the actual work isnt actually necessarily need to be carried out NOW as advised by distributors.

VW T5 fault diagnosis and repair
My VW T5 van had an ongoing issue with one permanent and one intermittent warning light on. My regular garage was simply unable to sort out the problem. I was recommended to Cedar and, within 48 hours of contacting them they had rectified the issue. For the few hours that they had my van they hired me a really good replacement vehicle at a cheap rate. The service i received was impeccable, the expertise on show was impressive and Cedar will definitely now be my garage of choice.
