Reliable and friendly
I have used this garage for a few years and have been impressed with the service, especially the customer service staff who provide helpful information in person or over the phone and via email. My car recently broke down and they fitted me in ahead of schedule after a cancellation.

Professional care from Cedar Garage
The staff at Cedar Garage - including both receptionists and mechanics - were polite, efficient and professional. I felt confident that they would deliver great service - and they did. They explained the work that needed to be done and kept me informed throughout. I haven’t received this level of professionalism from other local garages. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Half the price of main dealer
We chose this garage after being priced nearly £300 just to plug a tool in to diagnose a engine management fault light at a main dealer. We received a friendly and professional service and were kept informed of what was happening and how much the costs were going to be.
Feel like you are more valued here than what you are at Harwoods Jaguar but for half the price.
We will be using Cedar garage for all our servicing from now on

A friend recommended Cedar Garages so we thought we would give them a try and so glad we did. Excellent service provided particularly by Craig. We usually use the dealership garage for motor works but will only be using Cedar Garages from now on. The MOT is due on my car in January so will be returning then.

The setup at Cedar Garage is like nothing I have experienced before. The staff working in reception are very helpful and friendly and contact you via phone, text & E-mail (thankyou Nicole). Following a recent MoT (failed), I was E-Mailed a quotation for the work required - with pictures!! I simply ticked the work to be done, after which my car was was booked in and the work completed to a very high and professional standard (thank you) on the same day. This was my first (and second) time with Cedar Garage, Tarring Road. I will certailnly be using them from now on.

Air conditioning emergency
I was visiting a friend in Worthing on the Monday before catching the ferry to France the next day. My air conditioning had stopped working and the forecast was hot++
The garage fitted me in and fixed the problem the same day!!

My Audi broke down on Friday just…
My Audi broke down on Friday just outside Worthing. Whilst waiting for recovery I rang several of my local garages on the Dorset/Hampshire borders, none of which could look at the car for two weeks. In desperation I rang Cedar garage on Littlehampton Road in Worthing as that was near were we were staying. They advised me that they could look at the car on the Wednesday so I had the car low loaded there. On the Monday I received an email advising me that they had identified the fault (injector) and that they would have the car repaired by close Tuesday
I cannot praise these guys enough service was excellent and at a very fair cost. If they were nearer to home would have found a new garage to use for both our cars

Our car has been down a few times now and Cedar Garage is consistently professional, have kept us informed and have done a superb job on our car. Best garage in Worthing
Cedar Garage is the best car garage I have used to date. All the staff I have had contact with are friendly, professional and helpful. They have always done their best to answer any questions I've had and have taken the time to discuss the best course of action when I've had an issue with my car. I have never felt that they have made me spend an unnecessary amount of money, which other garages have done in the past. I would recommend to others.
