Just to say that I have been very impressed by my service experience at Cedar Garage their price was almost half of the Audi dealership quote so could not not give it a try the communication re my service was excellent and the staff on collection of my car extremely helpful bringing my car to the door to take home absolutely no complaints excellent service!

Great service from a knowledgeable team…
Great service from a knowledgeable team who were able to advise on the actual things that needed to be done according to the Mercedes service plans without the complications of adding in unnecessary future work. My car will be returning for its next major service rather than a main dealership.

Vw caddy repair …
After using a mobile mechanic who couldn’t get to the bottom of the problem I had on my vw caddy van, we had cedar garage recommended to us . They booked me in and sorted the problem that I’d had for 3 months in a couple of days. I’d use them again. Very good service

My cars in the last 25 years or so have all been BMW.
Having become dissatisfied with a local main dealer that l had used for many years l decided to look elsewhere. Cedar garage, although a little out of my area, were recommended to me as a reliable BMW garage. They have dealt with issues on my last 3 visits to them quickly, efficiently, cleanly and for what l consider a fair price. More than that I have found them to be friendly to deal with and considerate.

The customer service
The customer service, empathy to issues and all round interaction from the staff make this a brilliant Service Garage. I have used Cedar Garage since 2017 for my past BMW's and now Mercedes and would not go anywhere else for MOT's and servicing.
Its always difficult recommending garages but I would recommend these guys without hesitation.

Great service from cedar garage, had a nightmare with halfords, managed to get my car booked in for an mot as it had run out the day halfords let me down. Very happy with the communication from them everything was straight forwards from start to finish. Will definitely be using them again.

My Tesla developed the dreaded…
My Tesla developed the dreaded suspension knock.
I booked it in a Cedar, they had availability within a few days.
I was sent a questionnaire asking about the issue, this explained that the car would be inspected to try and find the issue and a test drive would be undertaken to try and replicate the knocking.
After the test drive I left the car there for the day, the train station is. 2 minute walk away so leaving it wasn’t an issue.
A few hours I received a call stating that the issue was a stone lodged in the suspension and it had been removed causing no damage.
I also got an inspection report listing some faults that had been found.
I will be taking the car back soon th have these faults rectified.
I really can’t recommend Cedar highly enough.
