Exceeded my expectations.
Easy to book in, with good availability.
Communication was excellent and always friendly.
I arrived a bit early to pick up so sat in reception. I observed 5/6 staff dealing with customers and all were extremely polite, friendly and professional.
A tiny tiny dent was made when removing a panel during my full serice- I would never have noticed it. But I was shown it immediately, sincere apologies made, and it was completely back to new very quickly.
I have a 2 year old, very nice car, which is my pride and joy. I wouldnt trust it to just anyone. Cedar exceeded my expectations on both price and service, and I wholeheartedly recommend.

Returned customer
Once again great customer service from Cedar garage. I turned up before closing hour. I needed to chamge my rear break discs and pads. And they were able to.fit me in for following morning. Couldn't believe how lucky I am. Off course not the cheapest garage localy but when I need to fix or service my car it will be my 1st option for sure. I even got a small discount from discs. I felt like valued customer and felt like my quite expensive car is in good hands and that counts as well.

Came back with a diesel leak
Took van in for a recurring ‘ reduce oil warning light’ but came out with a diesel leak.
When I collected my van I noticed a smell which I thought would disappear as I drove home. It didn’t , and on checking the once clean engine found it to be splattered with what I thought was oil. The next day my van stopped and spilt liquid (diesel) over the road. My local garage found that the fuel regulator pressure pipe was no longer securely attached with the screw fitting only hand tight.

Thank you for your time on the phone previously. I was glad to be able to establish that it would not have been possible for us to have caused the fuel leak as we have not worked on this area of the car.
I was pleased to hear that the other garage you took the vehicle to after the breakdown were also able to show that the Fuel line clip that failed was inaccessible during the investigation work we carried out. As mentioned before, no parts were removed from your vehicle as we were only carrying out diagnostic work.
You informed us that your vehicle was at another garage for servicing work prior to us needing to check it for the 'Oil level too high' warning on the dash, it may be worth contacting them to see what work they carried out in this area.
If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have always had excellent customer service from Cedar Garage over the last 15 years. They are a professional organisation, friendly, well organised and well trained in all vehicle marques.As an example More recently they went above and beyond to diagnose and rectify multiple faults in my air con system, ensuring I received value for money in the parts procured and the labour hours charged.
