MOT failure repair
I called Cedar after being recommended by John Haynes following an MOT failure of my Mercedes with another garage.
They were able to fit my car in at short notice, rectify the issues and re-MOT. They kept in touch with me regarding the status of the repairs and discussed the options regarding parts before proceeding.

Undertook work on my BMW
Undertook work on my BMW, cheaper than the main dealer but to the same quality. Efficient drop off and after they inspected the car, confirmed the cost, works carried out and car ready by the agreed time. No extra costs on top which was good.

Impressive Service
I was very impressed by Cedar Garage. After another garage had been looking for the fault in my car for 3 weeks, Cedars found it in 3hrs! The staff were very efficient and friendly. Customer service was excellent, I was even offered coffee while I waited for my daughter to pick me up.

Always a great experience to deal with Cedar Garage. The MOT threw up an issue with a damaged exhaust section. Quoted a price and told it would take 2 working days to repair. 2 working days later get a call to say all sorted MOT retest has passed and the final price was even a little lower than the quote. Happy days!

We’ve used Cedar to service/MOT/repair our cars for over 10 years. They are honest, trustworthy & reliable.
The staff are all great - putting the customer first. Their excellent customer service is something you don't come across too often these days.
We have, and will continue to recommend them to all our friends & family.
We use both the Tarring Road and Littlehampton Road branches & they are both superb.
Our latest experience is Tarring Road branch, especially Kayleigh, going above & beyond for us.

From the first phone call to organising works and picking up the car, the staff were so polite and understanding. Car maintenance isn’t my forte and the team make everything as straightforward as possible.
The process of pre-authorising of works means that you have your car back so quickly and you’re in control of what you’re spending.

Great service experience
As I was driving past Cedar Garage, whist on the phone to a well known German main dealer, and not receiving a good service I turned around and headed in to Cedar garage for a quote for a service. The customer service was great, price was good.
As I was paying for the work completed I also booked my car in for some further work and an MOT. So far a great experience
