Poor poor celebrate in london

Poor poor.... had theatre tickets booked for 30th march last year went into lock down not a single reply to emails or no answer to phones keep changing open dates yet we are middle of Sept and still office is closed... its a joke as we paid to upgrade our seats now I am going g to go down the route of claiming my money back through my bank as think this company has closed with everyone's money in their pocket.... its disgusting how they have treated customers.. I would even give it 1 star but you have to to leave a review

Difficult to book....

I was bought a voucher for my birthday - the site advertises a meal and show in London and asks you to get in touch on the website or by phone. So, I went online to book - but you can't do that, you can look at the shows on offer and the restaurants, but you have to call to book and the phone lines are only open Monday - Thursday 9-5. or Fridays 9-12.30! You can't book online or call weekends.

Don't bother - you can book direct for the same price and you will not be restricted to calling within these silly hours!
