First time ordering from Celeb Threads and will never order again.
The quality of the COCO LUREX GLITTER JUMPSUIT was so poor that small thread pulls were created all over the material from wearing this item once.
I got in touch with customer care and have been dealing with the same person. She asked me to send my item back (which I had to pay for) for inspection.
I hadn't heard for a while after sending so got in touch again to which she responded accusing me of washing it so there was nothing she could do.
I then explained it hadn't been washed it was taken to a dry cleaners, which apparently can't be dry cleaned either.
How the item had been washed was no reflection on the quality of the material.
My email since has been ignored. They still have my jumpsuit, and I still havn't received a refund or return of the jumpsuit.

Company won't take responsibility for anything. The customer service they provide is embarrassing, and I would highly advise people not to waste their money. Also noticed the jumpsuit I ordered was on another clothing brand website for a good bit cheaper, however was out of my size at the time.

Quick shipping and order came exactly as I expected, perfect jacket :)

Not happy - ordered a bag on the 15th December 19 for a Christmas present received an email to state my order was confirmed and not heard anything since!

I have since had the money taken from my account but not received my item that I ordered and it is now over 2 weeks later.

I have emailed twice and heard nothing?

Will not be purchasing from here again!

I ordered and paid for the bag on the 5 th December after several emails asking where my bag is their response was with royal mail then they said 2 days before Xmas I will send you a new one 2 days after Xmas still no bag I won't a refund still no refund my question is WHY

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! NOT WORTH THE STRESS OF SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY JUST TO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS.

I have already written a review about this disgraceful company and I didn’t think I’d be back here but here I am. As I have already stated I ordered 2 BAGS ON THE 29TH OF NOVEMBER!! I even received an email stating that my items had been dispatched and I could track it but when I clicked on the Royal Mail link they wasn’t able to confirm my order number that CELEB THREADS HAD PROVIDED. On the 9TH OF DECEMBER they finally replied to me stating the dispatch date would be a week from that date which would have been the 16TH OF DECEMBER, but still to this day I have not received my items nor have I received any further updates.

All I’d like to now state is I would like a FULL REFUND IN THE NEXT 30 DAYS. Otherwise I have a solicitor friend that will email you guys soon and they’ll take it from there.

absolutely shockingly bad - purchased a "KIKI BLACK UN VOYAGE GRAFFITI BAG" on 7 dec 19 . I paid for a next day del - i waited until fri 13th dec with still no sign of the "next day delivery" so i emailed them twice but still no reply and still no delivered item . these people are slow and tend to ignore emails (great customer service). i am waiting for the usual punchline " due to xmas its slow delivery" even though all my ebay items have come on or before time and ive waited a week for 48 hour delivery??

Paid next day delivery to be sent out 2/12/19. Recieved 7/12/19. Ignored all messages. Don’t allow returns for money back only a store credit note. Would never use them again and tell everyone to avoid them.
