They've effectively stolen my money it would seem. They overcharged me, promised a refund, and am still waiting / chasing two years later. Unbelievably useless. I just called their number and was told they had no idea what to do about it - couldn't refer me to anyone, couldn't recommend another number or email to contact - insane!!!

Useless, 2 years and have not been paid, even after repeated claims approved by the company.

RUN. Absolute frauds, thieves, they will gradually take more and more out of your account, then will promise they're sending a stock of products that are on their way, but will never arrive. On the phone they straight out lied saying they were sent, when another person told me that products had been requested but ran out of stock. I did receive one thing after a long time of paying for nothing: a pair of fake airpods that can be found for 10 euros on amazon. How this place is legal I have no idea, and worst of all this insurance was offered to me after buying a computer at FNAC.

Still waiting for my refund a year later. Been sending the form, calling and emailing them every month and all l get is “we’ll get back to you asap”. Stay away, as a customer or employee.

The worst insurance company I have work with. You can’t trust them. They take advantage of you with there refund program that is never refunded. They will start to charge extra services that you’ve never ask for with out your permission. That never answer the phone call or they derive you to another call center that is not them. That promise you things that they never do, and so on………..

The best insurance company for your Apple devices is AppleCare.

I have also been waiting for more than 3 years to receive a refund of the money this company has charged me for services that I had never contrated or agreed to. After countless calls I have an email dated 11 months ago from their called Quality Department, acknowleging the fact and offering a refund. I am still waiting for it!!!
DO NOT FALL FOR ANY OF THEIR OFFERS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR BANK DETAILS YOU WILL BE SURPRISED WITH CHARGES YOU DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT.

We’ve spent almost 3 years now trying to get back THOUSANDS of euros this company have debited from our account through various company names: Celside/ SFAM/ Without authorization. They are a criminal organization and need shutting down and throwing in jail . Please do not use them

one year after terminating my contract with them, they inexplicably began charging me 70 euros per week. I stumbled upon this unauthorized activity after two months. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through emails and calls, I encountered a team that appeared entirely inept. I continue to receive payment requests, but I have taken measures to block these charges directly through my bank

Total fraud! RUN.I was completely scammed. They stole 1000€ that say they will return. They never do. They don't take calls. They don't return the calls that pass through. They are a fraudulent business. I can't believe nobody regulates this. No place to defend the clients

You will never get refunded!!!
I have had quite a bad experience with Celcide. In three cases I was promised a refund and after 2 years I still have not received the money.
I even confirmed it in writing but they do not pay.
So please never work with this company!!!

SCAMMERS!! stay away!!! I have cancelled my subsciption 2 years ago. I got a call the other day, saying due to my contract, i have access to a free mobile. I asked what contract, since i cancelled it. The telemarketer, quickly said i got the wrong person and hung up. After searching for celside in my bank account, i noticed they changed their name to SFAM and have been charging me not once but 3 times a month for god knows how many months or years. i have called my bank and blocked them but will try to recover all the money they have taken from me.

I had contracted SFAM/CELSIDE when purchasing a mobile phone at the FNAC in Spain.

They started charging random amounts, corresponding to offers I had never subscribed to.

So many calls, so many emails to try and get a refund.

They always say the their Departamente de Calidad will do something. They even sent me an email with the details of what they would refund, without never doing it.

In total, hundreds of euros.

I called the SERVICIO DE RECLAMACIONES DE LA DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE SEGUROS Y FONDOS DE PENSIONES DE ESPAÑA. They gave me the steps to follow and hopefully put a term to this nightmare.

Worst Experiency with a company, and with a simple search on the internet, i realize that there are many more people on similar situation.
Celside Insurance made three undue debits from my account, without my authorization and they don't want to refund them.

I need to express my frustration and disappointment. The whole experience with Celside Insurance has left me incredibly unhappy.

I purchased Celside Insurance from my local iPhone dealer, KTUIN Palma, located at Centro Comercial Porto Pi: Avinguda de Gabriel Roca, 54, Spain. For more than two years now, I've been consistently paying around 24 euros every month.

In January, I had to make a claim for my iPhone. It's now August, and to my astonishment, my device was sent off for repair by Celside. They had promised a swift two-week turnaround, but it's been a painstakingly slow process, spanning over two months already.

This experience has been quite disappointing, especially because I had considered using Celside for my business's insurance needs, including phones, iPads, and Macs. Sadly, their unresponsiveness and lack of follow-up have tarnished my initial positive impression of the company.

Regrettably, the sluggishness of their service compelled me to purchase a new iPhone independently. As a result of this ordeal, I am actively seeking a better insurance provider, and I strongly advise others to avoid Celside.

They haven’t reviewed my claim. I submitted it on March 12, 2023 and it hasn’t been answered since. This is very alarming to me and I’ve been contacting them for months to no avail. I paid my premium every month on time so there is no reason my claim shouldn’t have been paid out yet. Im out of a huge loss of money because of this company. Beware.
