The crockery is so gorgeous that it made it very difficult for me to pick just one. I had to order 4 samples until I finally made my mind. The pieces are top quality and they have a real feel of artisanship, feels like getting some really original dinnerware.
What I'm most impressed about is their customer service. Sergio was fantastic at replying and making sure everything arrived in good conditions, even when two of our samples got slightly chipped by the courier mishandling.
I am one happy customer and will be recommending Cerami to all my friends and family, that's of course when I'm not buying more things for myself :)

We bought the bowls for a wedding present for an Italian couple. They are vegetarian and eat a lot pof pasta. what beautiful artisan bowls, stunning colour and texture. Amazing service from start to finish, there was an unfortunate accident with one of the plates we ordered and Sergio contacted me personally to explain and then compensated over and above what was needed. Absolutely love our crockery and will definitely order from Cerami again!

First a comment on the service.
I contacted Cerami regards changing a sets makeup, as I didn’t want pasta bowls but did want cereal bowls. Sergio could not have been more helpful and I got exactly what I wanted. So I rate the service 5⭐️.
Packing.
No way were there going to be any breakages, very secure packing 5⭐️.
Quality of product.
A beautiful product, lovely that it’s not all regular. 5⭐️.
To sum up.
The plates are wonderful and the service second to none. 5⭐️
