I emailed with a query about my order and the founder, Sergio, got straight back to me with an answer, then kindly sent a follow up email to check it had arrived safely. I hugely appreciated this personal level of care. The mug I ordered was carefully packaged and arrived fully in tact. The colour was lighter than I'd expected from the photographs, but it's still beautiful and eye-catching.

The plate was a gift and you know it’s a good gift when you are really struggling to give it away. Best delivery service I’ve received. Thank you again

I bought 4 different pairs of mugs and all of them are stunning and just what I have been looking for. Even better in reality than the pictures. The customer service has been so wonderful. absolutely first class service. Sergio spent time explaining the products and even suggested complimentary bowls. Delivery was very fast and our pasta bowls are both beautiful and unique. The bonus is that you get all of this and they are dishwasher and microwave safe. Love them!

What a great experience with Cerami this week. I came across them on Instagram and fell in love with their collection of plates and bowls.
I ordered my plates last minute, two days before Easter, but didn’t have to worry - Sergio made sure the plates arrived on time- carefully packed and delivered with a smile.
The quality and design of these pieces are flawless, they look absolutely beautiful!

Came across Cerami on Instagram and couldn't have been happier to find them! I'd been looking for a dinnerware set for a long time, but hadn't managed to find the perfect set with enough character combined with uniqueness, whilst still being practical.. until Cerami! Also, the help from Sergio was invaluable and the service was speedy and the exact time it said it would be. Will definitely be back soon enough!

Where to start!.. well I found this company via Instagram and noticed how beautiful all the items were, I have been looking for some pieces more individual than what you can find in the shop for ages and gosh are these definitely individual/beautiful pieces, not only that they are such good quality. Ill certainly being buying myself some more bits shortly, I've already had compliments from friends and family when serving dinner with my pasta bowls! The service is also tremendous and certainly very personal as well I couldn't recommend them highly enough both for individuality, quality and service. Thankyou so much again :)

Our beautiful ceramic pasta bowls arrived today. Ordered earlier this week after several months of searching for something like them. They arrived speedily and we absolutely love them.
