Package delay

After 5 weeks, my package has not arrived. I know, the fault is at the post, but that time I ordered the photo-presents, CEWE confirmed, that my package will arrive before christmas. This has not happend and I was or I am still disappointed.
But I have to say, the CEWE Customer Service was very friendly. And I got 25% of the amount back (thats super nice, but in the end I didn't have my christmas presents, so you could keep it also)

It was my first photobook using CEWE…

It was my first photobook using CEWE (before I was using Shutterfly). Strong & comprehensive software - after a bit of time & practice, easy to use. I couldn't find the "how to manual", and had to figure it out by myself. Very quick turnaround from order to delivery. The quality of the photobook is very good as well. Definitely will continue to use more of CEWE in the future!
