I ordered for my nephew and it came out perfectly. One of the things that I love the most is the fact they kept the quality of pictures. The box that came with it is a must have for it allows you to keep your photo book in great condition over the years. I highly recommend.

Poor quality paper the large book is quite small they hardly let you put in large photo, in keep saying quality no good enough, well i also went with another company and had no problems and they were cheaper and twice the size book and not the flimsy paper used by cewe i asked for a flat book didnt get it so a waste of £40

And there we have it advertise in English in England and customer services talks to you in what ever you cannot understand good service

I particularly like the fast service and the quality of the fotos.

La creation d un livre photo est tres simple a realiser, le resultat est conforme a la creation. Le papier est de bonne qualite et en brillant. Possibilite de faire de nombreuses pages au dela de 120. La fabrication est tres rapide. Le seul bemol sans promotion c est assez cher.. Je suis tres heureuse de mon album. Merci

Their software is glitchy and erratic. Their customer service is not good.

A follow on from last year where both were bad. So bad in fact that last year when weeks of working compiling a book, disappeared. i had to start again. Like a fool I went back to CEWE believing that maybe that was a one off.

The problem is all these companies do not give an option to save a file that can be opened by another, perhaps more competent software. So once started you are stuck unless you want to start all over again.

This year I am again experiencing issues with the software. Lagging and spinning balls (and my mind) whilst going from page to page or when trying to move photos. The first and only comment made by phone support was ‘that my computer was not powerful enough. I am on an M3 mac more than enough computing power.

I call customer service. (Not sure why they do not have a direct line / or a customer cannot be passed on to technical support directly). Clearly they are. not trained in technical support so that call is a waste of time. I give details and I am told that someone will ‘call me back’. Never happened.

Days later I contact them by email and I do get a reply the next day. However, (here it shows just how lackadaisical it is a CEWE). They reply with… Dear… no effort to put in my name (A.I. would do better).

Ongoing, clearly they didn’t bother to try and locate my original call and better understand the issue.

I did have some response as to how I may (or may not) remedy the situation. But their replay assumed that I was on a windows machine. I am not so any suggestions they make is not relevant.

So now we go around and round, much like those spinning balls.

The end result last year was good but getting there is not. And of course having spent weeks compiling a book I am loath to go somewhere else because I have a feeling other companies are much the same.

Photograph badly cropped on upload and printed with half the subject's head missing.

All the photos I ordered are mostly badly cropped. Small frames are miniatures - you can barely see anything in them. There is no explanation for this because the photos come from a professional photo session with the photographer and from an iPhone 15.
