Hannah was provided us smoothly processing guidance and step by step fall up

We had a great experience viewing the house with Hannah. She was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the property. Hannah took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and made the viewing feel relaxed and well-organised. She was honest, approachable, and never rushed us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would be happy to view other properties with Hannah in the future.

This company are a total disgrace! They lie, they give false information and they will do all they can to be deceitful and take your money. Do not do business with this company unless you are prepared to be completely ripped off and lose money

This is last company I would entrust my property to as a landlord.
The guy they’ve moved in two doors down from me lives in squalor, and his filth trickles into other peoples property. What have CGT done with the complaints? NOTHING! I feel sorry for the property owner that’s going to get god knows what back when he leaves.

We were desperately trying to find a place to live in Stroud and we came across this fantastic property with an unbelievable realtor called Hannah Roberts who was absolutely superb. The entire way made it extremely speedy was kind understanding and extremely helpful the entire process I would not be able to recommend a better person to go with when trying to find yourself a property. If I had to do the whole thing again, I would’ve just tried to find Hannah from the very start!

Me and my partner have finally closed the gap in our long distance relationship by renting a property together and CGT have helped us massively with what was always destined to be a challenging move.
Our agent at CGT was Saffron and she was kind, understanding and flexible with viewings and always kept us up to date. We had a bit of a rollercoaster ride with Lettingshub but Saffron was there to advise and update us, aswell as contacting them to help sort through any issues we were having with the portal and helping to speed the process up.
While we don't plan on moving for some time now, we know that we would happily be dealing with Saffron and the team again!

It was a pleasure to be shown around a property by Hannah. She was a friendly, welcoming face and clearly had the individual requirements of the tenants (us) in mind. Hannah fielded any questions we had and was very sufficient in providing a detailed tour of the property. Thanks!

Lexi Gardner was absolutely incredible throughout our whole process in finding a property to rent, I probably couldn’t write a review to reflect how brilliant she’s been and how grateful we are for how on it she’s been throughout the whole process. Through countless viewings for months she helped us find a property that was right for us and even since moving in she’s ensured we have settled in well and any concerns we’ve had she’s sorted right away.

Ella Berry was warm, friendly, and I could have talked to her all day! She made sure to take photos of all areas of my flat, and complimented me on my home. It was a joy to have her here. She didn't ask if I had any issues, but the AI call did that (though I wasn't a fan of the AI call, it sounded like spam)

Looking for a house/moving is a stressful time but the entire process was made better with the CGT Quedgeley letting Team, all were so friendly, helpful and supportive every step.Also, really great communication keeping you updated constantly which is amazing!! Thank you girls, Lexi, Charlotte and all of you!!

I received excellent service from Hannah Roberts and James askew in negotiating quite a tricky situation to secure a new tenant

My first introduction to CGT was through Hannah Roberts as the agent. She was very capable and super helpful with helping us find the location and providing information above and beyond what most agents would do. It was also great she managed to rearrange our viewing at such short notice. Will certainly be using CGT again!
