Martin & Co Gloucester Reviews 

I arranged a room viewing in Gloucester on Monday for Saturday at 11:30am. They refused to do video viewings or even send videos of the property and insisted I travel in person from Oxford.

I spent money booking train tickets and was already on the train Saturday morning when they suddenly called to cancel the viewing. Their excuse was that the tenant in that particular room was sick. However, they had already told me there were multiple rooms available, so there was absolutely no reason the other rooms could not have been shown. Then they started saying they were supposed to give notice to other tenants — something they clearly failed to do because of their own incompetence.

This company wasted my time, money, and an entire day because they cannot organise basic communication properly. Professionalism is nonexistent. Avoid these people completely if you value your time or expect any level of reliability.

My daughter needed a one year contract, and I am to be the guarantor. They need more information than MI5 for this. No justification or reason for this, even when asked for it.

The service that we have received from Jade and her colleagues at Martin & Co has been excellent. Renting out our property has not been straightforward and they have accommodated our every ask and been extremely helpful.
