Fairly easy process to go through which was eased by being able to paperwork online and via email rather than several visits to the estate agents.
All staff that I liaised with were helpful and understanding
Would recommend

Not a great company at all, only care about the landlord, not the tenants, very slow at getting broken things fixed. Put up with cannabis being smoked in non smoking properties, rude, threatening other tenants. Landlord can just kick you out for NO reason, probably because I complained about above things.

Ok at getting your money, signed contracts but that's it

Can’t Fault the service. After having a real difficult time with our past estate agent and was dreading dealing with estate agents again and trusting them. Martin and Co are so professional and so helpful nothing is never to much to ask.

Quick efficient service. The inventory report was very comprehensive, noting all pre existing damages.

We haven't been tenants long so haven't had any real issues, which is a good thing,so could only give 4 stars.

I had a signed agreement with this company for almost two weeks, 48h before picking up the keys they changed the terms and conditions of payments.
DONT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Very friendly and efficient. I found Kellisa to be very professional and exceptionally helpful

First time getting our own property and the lady kellisa has been very helpful and guided us through every step thoroughly and has been very patient with my self asking lots of questions lool.

My first dealings with Martin&co and I would highly recommend, my first visit to the propert was with Dan from the Gloucester Office and he was very good and my second viewing he was very considerate and gave me time to look around with no rushing
After that my dealings were with Kellisa from the Worcester Branch and I have to say I found her amazing to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for her and she did everything she said she would ... A big thanks!!!

Slight miscommunication with tenants not being given my contact details on move in day. Also slight misunderstanding on contract details as landlord address incorrect.
