Ella Berry was warm, friendly, and I could have talked to her all day! She made sure to take photos of all areas of my flat, and complimented me on my home. It was a joy to have her here. She didn't ask if I had any issues, but the AI call did that (though I wasn't a fan of the AI call, it sounded like spam)

Lexi was great from start to finish of the process of my rental property. Communication from her was spot on. Communication from other members was not so great in the earlier days of looking for a property, emails often not responded to etc. But when I started dealing with Lexi everything went smoothly and she was very knowledgeable of the processes of renting.
