Chaiiwala Mellor Brook Blackburn

Ordered a roti today with bacon, omelette, cheese, and onion , and it took a long time to be made along with doughnuts.. I wish I hadn't have bothered , although the doughnuts were okay, nothing special the roti tasted like a small wrap of what can only be described as grease.. I won't be bothering trying the other things on the menu if they cant get the simplest of foods right. Horrible sorry.

Chaiwala Luton hatters way

Poor food and service. I placed an order online using the app and on arrival still had to wait 15 mins to get my food. Food was cold and tasteless except the tea. Avoid at all costs

Amira a credit to Chaiiwala Walsall…

Title: Exceptional Service at Chaiiwala in Walsall: A Review of Amira's Outstanding Hospitality

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chaiiwala in Walsall, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by the lovely Amira. From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a truly delightful dining experience.

Amira's impeccable service was evident in every aspect of my visit. Her friendly and attentive nature made me feel right at home, and her genuine smile brightened up the entire restaurant. She went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect, always ready to assist and eager to make sure that every need was met.

What truly stood out to me was Amira's willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Whether it was recommending the best items on the menu, accommodating special requests, or simply checking in to see if everything was to my liking, her dedication to providing top-notch service was truly commendable.

In a world where exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, Amira's professionalism and genuine care for her customers are truly refreshing. Her passion for her work shines through in every interaction, making each visit to Chaiiwala a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Overall, I cannot recommend Amira's service at Chaiiwala in Walsall highly enough. Her outstanding hospitality, combined with the delicious food and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant, makes it a must-visit dining destination. Chicken tikka pasty

Hi
I recently bought a chicken tikka masala pasty and was disappointed to find that there was no chicken tikka only a masala paste in the centre of the pasty. The staff did not resolve the issue they sell a pasty in Greg’s and you can eat succulent pieces of real chicken in their pasty.

Chaiwala Ladypool rd Birmingham

Myself and my husband enjoy breakfast out quite often. We have tried a number of the Chaiiwalas both West Midlands and in the north west. I must say the service, taste and quality of the Ladypool Rd branch beats the lot. We now only visit this location and the food is always on point! The staff are amazing and Iram in particular now recognises us and as always maintains the excellent service and lovely smile on arrival. Thank you Iram 😊 and keep up the great work.

Never coming again

Service was terrible. Staff were very rude and impolite. Long wait for food to arrive. I purchased doughnuts and they were made with too much oil and it was very noticeable that the oil had gone off. The doughnuts were disgusting and a complete waste of money. Never coming again. And all the drink items I purchased were made not as described and missed small details. An example could be when I ordered a pistachio pink chai and there were no pistachios in the chai! I even returned to the shop again and ordered the same thing and again there were no pistachios. Once they added them the overall taste of the chai was not too bad but could’ve been better. Definitely was not worth the price. Overall experience was terrible

Poor customer service

I recently placed an order through the mobile app and, unfortunately, experienced several issues with the customer service. During my wait, no staff member checked on us or provided updates on the order status. Despite ordering two teas and a samosa chat, only one tea was delivered initially. The wait time was excessively long, and customers who arrived after us were served first. No apology was offered, and I had to repeatedly ask for the second tea. Additionally, no one came to our table to see if we needed anything else. Given this experience, I am reluctant to use this service again.

Luton hatters way

No alternatives for lactose intolerant customers except one vegan chai which tastes of cardamon, disgusting. When I wanted a hot chocolate or another option with alternative milk they said no.the girl at the till said she would make me a hot chocolate with oat milk but the rude manager argued with her for a good 10 minutes because it wasn’t on the menu, even after she explained it was coz I was lactose intolerant. Luton hatters way manager is awful. Argues with his employees in front of customers. Definitely not good management skills. Not willing to help customers and charges extra for every small thing eg 20p for an additional paper cup as my 2 year old was crying to take his sisters drink. All I asked for was a cup so and he charged 20p even though he could see why I needed the cup.

visited Chaii Wala on Cheetham Hill, Manchester

visited Chaii Wala on Cheetham Hill, Bury Old Road, Manchester. I asked Iram behind the till if they offer discounts to NHS staff, to which she replied yes, and requested to see my ID, including the blue card and NHS staff card, which I provided. However, upon receiving the receipt, I noticed no discount had been applied. Politely, I brought this to her attention, and she admitted forgetting and promised to rectify it next time with a smile. Instead of apologizing or offering any gesture of goodwill, she began to argue with me. Shockingly, when I requested the manager's details, she directed me to the website, showing a lack of concern. This experience has left me completely disappointed with Chaii Wala.

Went in the new chaiiwala in crawley

Went in the new chaiiwala in crawley. Guys, if you order and then take it home, don't leave the store without opening and checking every order. I ordered for collection £59 worth of food. Got home to find out that the box with mac & cheese was not full was a HUGE scam it had 13 pasta shells in it. Toddler portion. The samosa chaat had a quarter samosa and just chaat. Very soggy Basically these people are ripping customers off. I was furious 😠 😡 so phoned up the guy that served and he WAS AS HELPFUL AS A HOLE IN THE HEAD. the best he could come out with, we only give 250grams of pasta. Hmmmm i thought lets weigh it 25grams. Yet the picture shows full box.You can speak to the manager at 9pm but to leave a name number HUGE INCONVENIENCE. guys we've all been to a chaiiwala wherever it may be. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE TOSSERS NO SHAME AT ALL. I HAVE REPORTED THESE GUYS TO FOOD STANDARDS AGENCY, THE COUNCIL, AN MANY OTHER PEOPLE COZ WHAT I ORDERED WAS FOR ELDERLY FAMILY I WAS HIGHLY EMBARRASSED THAT DAY I ORDERED. SHUT DOWN THIS CHAIIWALA YOU PUT ALL THE OTHER CHAIIWALAS TO SHAME YOU RIP OF MERCHANTS. ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT, HMM NO! NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. FELT LIKE GOING IN AND GRABBING THE LADY ORDERING PEOPLE ABOUT, BY HER NECK WHO PUT MY ORDER TOGETHER. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. CHANGE THE SHOPS NAME TO ADDA ADDA FOOD. SUITS YOU BETTER.
