I bought the item mainly because of tubless tire and chain tools. Other tools are not so practical because they are short (allen keys). And I think cca 50 € is a bit pricey.

Disappointing "warranty" service
I received a dropper-post ~1week after placing the order. It turned out to be faulty. I had to ship back the item but after an additional 2 weeks have not received a working replacement but a refund that was slightly below the price I paid and didn't cover the return shipment.
This is not how I expect a product "warranty" should work. I don't expect to order a stock item from CRC and end up with nothing 3 weeks into the process while losing some cash on the way...

Unfortunately the wheels werent sent in…
Unfortunately the wheels werent sent in the original carton. The carton was damaged when it arrived. The wheels had some scratches, so did the screws. It looked they had been used on a showbike, but not driven. To cut a long story short, i will keep them as they are hard to find and would look like they did when they arrived in two weeks anyway.
