I bought the item mainly because of tubless tire and chain tools. Other tools are not so practical because they are short (allen keys). And I think cca 50 € is a bit pricey.

Extremly fast delivery
Extremly fast delivery. Did not know it would come from Irland to Germany. So for under one week of delivery it was really fast.
The articles itself is in perfect condition and I even got a little extra paint if there should be any damage.

Order change/cancel
I've ordered two pants, one in the wrong size and I wanted to change the order and this wasn't possible anymore.. Only in 5 minutes after purchase. I wrote them an email directly after I ordered and then I got a reaction after the goods had shipped.. I just don't understand why I can't change or cancel my order after these 5 minutes...

packaging was correct ,, the helmet inside was not
I received the the correct packaging with an incorrect product inside.
Not sure whose to blame for that, however it is what it is.
I ordered this item with express delivery as I intended to use it for a birthday celebration, initial response took roughly 2 day ( fair enough).
Initial response was pretty useless, requesting an image of incorrect items before further action. I suggest you allow people to attach photos with first contact so from first contact you can make progress instead of waste time.
Package is on the way back. with an uncertain response on whether i get my money back, or i receive the correct product in return.
Either way im disappointed with the time wasted and the fact that it interferes with birthday celebrations.
