Its a great gadget when youre stuck at home, lets say in a pandemic. Quite some noise with my MTB tire,....and I was unable to mount a pice of it,....so I had trouble for the set-up big time. Ended working fine and I'm overall very happy

Giro aerohead
The product lasted twelve days to arrive to the Canary Islands. The tracking web worked perfectly and I could know where the product was at any moment. However , I had to pay 20€ for customs (DUA and Correos Company) when the product arrived home and I did not know. The product is perfect and I am very glad to have it.

Great Raceface Atlas short stem
The Raceface Atlas stem that we bought is just as expected. It arrived super fast and was super easy to install. It helped a lot to improve my wife's mtb reach. Her handlebar was a bit far for her and with this shorter stem, now it fits perfectly. She used to have a 50mm stem and we bought a 35mm.

Quite disappointing purchase that was
Quite disappointing purchase that was. I got send another article by error and it took over a week to get what I ordered. By the time Chain reaction admitted they made a mistake, I had to buy another similar article somewhere else to get it in time. Chain reaction didn't bother to send it on an Express mail delivery service, just didn't look to me like they took ownership of their mistake.
Bad buying experience overall.
