I found very hard to find items... They had them!!
CRC was the first online store for bicycle products that I met many years ago.
I have bought many times at CRC and the experience has always been satisfactory.
Perhaps... before... they had a larger number of items in their catalog... I think now they have a smaller assortment of items, but they are still a reference online store.
CRC has been and is today one of the best websites for buying bicycle items that I know.

Given that we deliver to many countries, there are regular customs changes on a daily basis by each of these countries which in turn means that it is near impossible to always know which products contain parts or ingredients that are not permitted to enter customs authorities of specific countries. We strive to do our very best to keep on top this and our Logisitics team works incessantly to prevent this type of issue from occurring. Unfortunately, on the extremely rare occasion that this happens, like in your case, the order is sent back to us and the order is automatically refunded.
