There is no contact number to call and it's shocking considering I spent £300 order..there are many other options to choose from online all of which I did encounter any problems like this

I haven't received my purchase yet!! (One month)

my package has not arrived until today, i have ordered from some online shops overseas and have never had a problem with the customs, i do not know if the package contains missing information ... but i have been dealing with customs for 3 weeks because they want documents from me that i ,as a customer, cannot give.
If you offer a country to deliver, then you are also responsible for the transport in my opinion. I still don't know if I can get my 1300 USD package out from customs. And how much it will cost me.

Excellent service, product offer and easy to use

Not good customer service. Bought shoes on the site, were supposed to be regular fit, so I ordered neas according to their size chart. Shoes are smaller (they have a tight fit, said on the brand website), and now they are charging me for the return. If your website has misleading information about sizing, you should take care of returning fees!

The return policy is fake, when I tried to send back an item (bike roller), Chan Reaction told me that I had to assume the returning costs (in my case more than 80eur), considering this cost it doesn't make sense to return.

I ordered a Campagnolo group set and it came incomplete! NO CRANK! It was promptly returned. I have tried several time to UNSUBSCRIBE from receiving emails from Chain Reaction to NO avail! I keep receiving e mails! I will NOT be purchasing any thing else from you and want to be UNSUBSCRIBED from you email list!
