I've always trusted CRC but this time it went bad. One day after completing the order I was told that one tyre was not available, while I purchased the pair. I should be asked whether I wanted a single tyre or not, which I've would definitely preferred. I expect a more personal approach in cases like this.

I understand that times are difficult, I WILL BE PLEASED TO KNOW AT LEAST WHERE THE BIKE I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR AND THAT SOMEONE IS REALLY INTERESTED IN MY PROBLEM, AND DON'T FEEL JUST SAY WAIT AGAIN. I'm waiting for a bike that I ordered 22 days ago, they tell me to write to them again only in 4 or 5 working days, if nothing arrives, and they refuse me a negative review on their site because it concerns the shipping and it does not respect their review guidelines ... What is shipping not by chance part of online selling? Once the package is delivered to the courier, they wash their hands ??? I have been their customer for years, but this is the last time. Yet until yesterday evening they were continuing to clearly show on any page of their site SHIPMENTS ARE CARRIED OUT REGULARLY despite the Covid-19 emergency. Only now and only on the specific page concerning shipments have they added "Our couriers partners are experiencing delays with shipments and for this reason the delivery times of some orders may be longer". Last Saturday, April 11 (the day after it was Easter), I ordered a pair of 27.5 mountain bike wheels and a rear derailleur (therefore a large package anyway) on ALLTRICKS, I spent a third of what I spent on Chaireactioncycles, the shipment was still offered by the seller, and they arrived yesterday !!! 4 WORKING DAYS IN ALL, and they were shipped via CHRONOPOST and BRT from the north of France !!! I saw that both P2PTrakPak (the courier used by Chainreactioncycles on the occasion in question) and ALLTRICKS respond to the reviews on Trustpilot, Chainreactioncycles does not even deign to do it, they are too busy following the shipments ... It is shameful that I had to complain after all this time, the sellers should follow the shipments and intervene immediately at the first critical point, so instead they show that they are only interested up to the moment when people click on the credit card.
I don't know how many people can afford to spend 350 Euros for a children's bike in this period, it means that they already have enough customers.

the track is in Ivrea, 60 km distance of my home, to the 4/4. Today 7/4 i don't receive the track. The courier GLS is very negative.
