Logistic partner in Italy very poor... Please change.

The logistic partner used in Italy is very poor in performances.
The goods seems to be at my town (Bergamo) since May 23rd.
Today 28th, I've received the 3rd message telling me that it will arrive the next working day.

Considering that I've paid an extra for faster delivery, I can't have a different very negative opinion.

I understand all problems related to COVID but I've received in the last 2 months a lot of goods with few days (1-2) of delay and with a clear tracking.

Excellent service

Excellent service, product arrived on time and per the minute as promised, properly packaged, no damage at all, and in perfect working condition.
A pleasure to have such service.

Next day delvery

I just emailed CRC this , "Hi , this is my first order for 280 pounds , i paid extra for next day , i know i placed the order within the time limed of next day delivery and paid the extra , but second day after receiving a text today at 10.35 that the delivery would be made between 14.00 and 16.00 . this is a day late but ok . now it states that it comes tomorrow ? this is unacceptable . and i am not paying for this and I am hugely disappointed . why not use parcel force with a 280 pound order ? if it is 15 pounds i get it but this will make me think twice before i order here again "
BUT IT IS POINTLESS AS THEY DONT EVEN READ IT ?
They just respond with a standard response :

We are sorry your order has not yet arrived. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please expect to wait the following times for your order to leave our warehouse and to receive your Dispatch Confirmation email (including tracking information if available):

If your order contains a bike please know that it is currently taking up to 6 working days from purchase (excluding Bank & Public holidays) to have some of these orders picked, built, inspected and dispatched.
For non-bike orders please expect to wait 4 working days for this to process through our warehouse to dispatch.
Only after you have waited longer than either timeframe, your online account order status still shows “Processing” and you have still not received a Dispatch Confirmation email (checking your Junk folder first), then please reply to this email providing us with:

Your order reference
The name on the order
The delivery address

My order has been dispatched but not delivered

If your order has been dispatched, please check your dispatch confirmation email for any tracking information. If your order was shipped using a tracked service, please allow up to 4 working days after dispatch for updates to appear on the courier website.

Please check the basket page on our website to find estimated delivery times. There are delays being experienced within most courier networks due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic; please allow an additional 4 working days on top of any displayed estimates before contacting us regarding a delayed delivery. You can also check out our Shipping FAQ page for additional delivery info for your area.

If your tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you have still not received it, please check the immediate area around your property (including nominated safe places, outhouses and sheds) before contacting us. If you still cannot locate the parcel, then please reply to this email confirming you have made the necessary checks and provide us with your order reference, name on the order and delivery address.


Next Day Delivery

Please check our Shipping FAQ page for further info on Courier delays or to see Next Day exclusion zones that may affect your area. If we have passed the estimated dispatch date (displayed on your Order Confirmation email) and the order has not arrived the next day, please reply to this email providing us with your order reference, name and delivery address.
