Too careless delivery
The package with the sent items was ok. However, it took too much time - over a month - to arrive, from England to Portugal. When it did arrive, the carrier dropped it in my neighbor's house. They threw it over the wall, didn't even phone or say anything. I was astonished when my neighbor came, asked if by any chance it was for me and handed it over!

Long delivery period
Order placed on August 26th. Today, September 8, after 2 weeks, it has not even arrived in Portugal, when the delivery period informed was 13 days.
I have never made a purchase with such a long lead time. Very poor service.

My order should be free delivery. But the carrier are asking for an insane amount of customs costs of EUR 154.36! The value of my order is €186.47.

I contacted ChainReationCycles and they handled the incident, letting me know they were going to talk to the carrier, and five days later they handed it to me.
They must choose the operator well so that things like this don't happen again.

Too much time do received the product, inconsistent information
I have bought two brakes rotors in chain reaction, more than 1 week and still not received them.
On the official site they said that is normally 5 days do to it.
I live in Portugal, that package was first send to Amsterdam and is there until now. I wonder how many more days I have to wait to have it at home.
Very disappointed with CRC, maybe de last time I buy some bike parts, don't recommend if you live out of UK, the next time I will choose other site.
