I was happy with service from ChainReaction. I ordered 29.12 and 3.01 my item was released. Shipping was super fast - 3 days from UK to Ukraine with DHL service. My item was in good condition and well packed. Thank you, Chain!

Thin, the sizing is correct
I've just received a jacket (december 2020). I chose one size bigger based on sizing chart because I want to wear it with my back and chest protection and elbowpads. It fits good. So it is snow now and I can't verify the quality of membrane. But it looks thin and I hope it won't tear after first crash))

My first order on ChainReactionCycles…
My first order on ChainReactionCycles had left quite good impression.
Of course, I had ordered for a relatively small amount (just enough to qualify for the free delivery), but even though I was quite impressed with the range of goods available.
Also, I like the fact of availability of big sizes (as it is a pity, when manufacturer has 2XL or 3XL, but in some other shop biggest size will be XL only). Plus, delivery was fast, packaging was good and all the good came in a very nice (brand-new) condition. This may look strange, but a combination of good selection + good packaging + user-friendly website is something which is not so easy to find nowadays)

Order cancelled without notice
Two weeks ago I placed the order CRC5370548470 with Chain Reaction Cycles. The website provided the tracking number and changed the order status to "shipped". However, the tracking information did not appear for some time, so I contacted CRC and it turns out, the order has been returned by the courier. Since re-shipping orders is against company policy, they cancelled the order and initiated the refund. I understand these things happen all the time, but decent companies notify the customer if they are not going to receive the order.
James S, the person that I chatted with through the website tryig to figure out what happend, was real nice though, provided all the information without delay and acted professionally. Still, that information is very late, I need the items for the upcoming events and now they won't arrive in time even if I re-order them right away.
