We enjoyed the concert once we got there. I wished we'd been warned about the 20 minute walk from coach park to Wembley Arena. Had we known we would have thought twice about booking. The driver escort was helpful but it didn't reduce the walk.
Also, on previous occasions the pick up at Rainham Mark was at the Tesco bus stop at Tesco entrance, so that's where we stood for delayed pick up. We didn't realise there was another Tesco bus stop. Needs to be clarified clearly in advertising to avoid confusion.

Great coms from initial email enquiry. Ease of payment.
Coach turned up 10 mins early.
Driver great interaction with passengers with good safe driving.
Speedy return of refundable deposit.
To be honest perfect.
Would 110% use again.

A quick & simple booking process and, our MiniBus Driver Sean arrived on time. He was friendly, relaxed and very supportive for the entire journey.

A very well organised trip to the Mountbatten festival of music. Extremely professional and pleasant driver and excellent seats at the venue made for a memorable experience.

Driver was really friendly and navigated the busy London roads calmly and safely. He was prompt, ready and waiting for us for both departure and return at the agreed locations

Every part from initial quotation request to delivery of service was spot on. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Coaches were clean and where we needed them, at the right times.

We had Jesse for our coach hire for an Ultra running event on 22nd December 2024. What an incredible service! Jesse was absolutely amazing and a real credit to you. He was patient, friendly, helpful and just a delight to have. We will definitely be using Chalkwell for future events and hope to be able to request Jesse again too as he was honestly brilliant! Thank you for a fantastic service from start to finish!

Very good service both was very friendly they got us there as quick as possible at back the same even though some of us was bit late coming back to the coach getting lost we missed next train but still got back home at a reasonable hour very enjoyable would definitely use these again in the future

Just would like to say re our private hire with ChalkWell Coach hire their drivers Gary and Mark are very welcoming and professional made my community group feel very welcome and safe . They are such fun drivers and making sure we were all ok on our trip I highly recommend Chalkwell and I will sure use them again .

Our driver, Jess, was very polite, helpful and a very competent driver, we would be happy to have him as our driver again on our next trip.

We had an amazing bus and an amazing driver on the day in the form of Shahid Ali. He was fun and was very smooth with his driving. We were late by 90mins to reach our drop off due to heavy traffic but he still kept his cool and always had a smile on his face. I would also like to thank Chalkwell admin for their excellent service during and after booking. I had to update our itinerary 2-3 times due to change of venue and everytime it was accommodated swiftly which helped a lot. Overall a great experience from booking till the end of journey. We will book them again next year.

Friendly, courteous driver and a very smooth journey to and from Alexandra Palace for The Knitting and Stitching Show. Only downside was 20 minute late pick up in Rochester. There was still lots of time at the show.

We use the service on the 24/8/24 despite weather had a great time the coach driver was amazing and the coach used was very luxurious .

Hired a minibus as the ‘wedding car’ for my daughter’s wedding as there were so many of us. Service was great, driver was lovely and so helpful. Came straight back when we rang him to say we were ready - which was great as it was pouring with rain. Would definitely recommend
