Great experience from driver Mark from Chalkwells was friendly professional and very helpful, nothing was too much for him. He was our Chalkwell feeder coach driver from South Mims to home in Sittingbourne.

33 seater coach immaculate and very comfortable. The driver was outstanding his patience with other road users was exceptional. To everyone in our group he was most courteous, helpful, and friendly. I would definately recommend Chalkwell coaches. Prompt friendly efficient staff. Thank you

Had great day out with this company to Mayfield Lavender Farm including a cream tea. Driver Chris was very cheerful with help of Anya, nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money. Brilliant.

We hired a coach for a school trip to London, the Natural History Museum. The coach arrived promptly and was well cleaned. It was comfortable and had seat belts for all. Our trip members included a young man in a wheel chair and this was easily accommodated, although you have to mention this when booking, as seats need to be removed. There was a lift. The trip was great, the driver very professional, thank you Gary. We were dropped right outside the museum with easy and safe access. He was right outside the building at the agreed time. It was easy to find the red bus amid the sea of white coaches. The routes Gary chose while quick, also took us past some landmarks and the young people were very excited to see Big Ben and Nelson's column. Gary drove well and even with the really foul traffic on Election Day, he got us back to school only 20 minutes late, a minor miracle considering. I highly recommend this company for school trips. We will be using them again.

Be warned this company is very dodgy.

A driver they had called Robert Wain has been sentence to 24 years for being a peadophile.

He was a driver and almost became the area manager for swale . And once told myself the Calkwell boss said to him " if a report is made against you what do you want me to do about it . "

Witch shows they knew before it became public .

Don't trust this complaint at all.
Family run so will cover up anything that makes them look bad .

Minibus very clean & comfortable.
Arrived before arrival time.
Booked all smoothly & most helpful.
Chris our driver was good fun & joined in with conversation & games.
Reasonably priced and will use again next year.

The Meway Hospital bus was expected at 1pm today, a replacement bus was needed as there was a problem. The replacement turned up around 1.30 but after the drivers stood around debating whether they would be back in time for the school run they decided to cancel. So we wait for 2pm. The 2pm was late and then the driver just parked up and sat around with the driver of the original 1pm bus who incidentally, was fully rested, well fed and well watered. So why was the bus straight on the job???? I gave up. Others could not, some have missed appointments. An 80 year old waited over 2.5 hours. Tell me why everything gets cancelled because you can't be late for 'school runs'!!! And why is the Medway Hospital Bus not a priority?????

Chalkwell cancelled 15 minutes before pick up, leaving scores of primary school children in tears after their long awaited school trip to the zoo was pulled from underneath them by an unprofessional and incompetent company.

Terrible service no bus has turned up for over an hour. You are placing children in danger. It's not acceptable. So upset right now now and angry.

Useless company. Services cancelled without notice or information. Don't answer phones . I personally paid for a taxi for an elderly lady stranded at ufton lane when your useless 326 service failed to arrive. Rake in the cash and feel proud your ethos .. shameful.

We had the absolute pleasure of going to Eastbourne Air show on Sunday 20th August........driver was excellent very caring towards people who were less mobile than others ........

We experienced a very unfortunate incident when a gentleman did not return to the Coach.......driver very concerned 😕 went away numerous times to see if he could find said gentleman.........unfortunately all to no avail .........we had to leave in the end very sad 😔 😟 bur if we could have all been magically transported back .......this driver would have stayed until he found him.......5stars plus for you a very very caring driver 😀 😉 👍.......in this day and age it goes a long way for a successful trip....Thank you Chalkwell 👍 😀 😉 and most importantly I do hope the gentleman did not come to any harm and was found safe and well as it was an extremely hot day.........

i was booked on a just go break to Liverpool
the chalk well coach was very dirty and had not been cleaned. cobwebs on the drivers windows. the whole of the coach windows were very dirty with staining on the glass.
the front windscreen had old bird dropping on it and was filthy all through the coach
not impressed.
Driver from helll how could not drive propey slammed on the breaks made the coach jerk. again kangaroo jumped over pressure on the accelerator and very uncomfortable for the whole weekend. he got lost twice and then nearly ran out of fuel on the moterway,
did not give consideration for his passengers very ruse and did not help off the coach as I am disabled and needed assistance he just left.

I’m pleased I was invited to leave my feedback. I was going to call Chalkwell to thank them for providing the service which I have no doubt, saved us a lot of grief at the end of the night! But mostly to ask them to recognise they have a lovely bus driver (bus 1 on that night covering Gravesend), who was so friendly and helpful. It was such a long day for him and he was just lovely. He made it our day all the more nicer. Please thank him again :)

There were too many stops. That went to far out of the way. Too long for the young kids to travel and wait around in a hot bus no air conditioning. The driver was really nice though

Excellent company. Used on many occasions and never had an issue. Would highly recommend.
