I contacted Chancellors regarding a repair at Property. I spoke to Grace Curry. She was very pleasant and helpful. she was very efficient to get a quote for repairs.
I will be very happy to deal with her again.

Aimee made me feel she was actually interested in finding out about what I was looking for in the perfect property for us and I felt she would be working for us to find it

Kinga was very helpful and followed up all questions we had very efficiently.

She helped professionally for filling forms and paper work. Overall a nice person

Thomas Griffiths was knowledgeable, efficient helpful and very polite. Any queries were promptly responded to and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He gave a really good service.

George was helpful and professional throughout the process, and patient with my many questions!

I highly recommend Chancellors as they have an amazing team.We had a great journey with them as we were looking for a place in Abingdon. They negotiated great offers on our behalf and always made sure we were updated on every stage of the process. Natasha Rones is amazing and very friendly.

I found the service provided by Cerian to be friendly, professional and efficient. The process of finding a new home went smoothly and communication with Chancellors was clear and concise.

It's great to tell the issue only and they arrange all the quotes, stuff, and the date. Besides that, this process is going fast. Thank you Amy Farquhar for being so kind and helpful.

**edit to reply to chancellors, the directors are just as bad! Staff /directors making promises then leaving then having to start over. Never never never will I go with Chancellors again.

Try and get any sort of response from Chancellors once you’re a tenant. 1 Star, they’re polite** when you call but never follow through with anything and you end up having to chase people again and again and again.

** polite with the exception of Amelia Pavelin in the corporate lettings progression office. Maybe corporate life has sucked the politeness out of her?

Good customer service and liaison with the tenant for me. After initially having a few problems, these were resolved by discussing the options and reaching an amicable agreement. This was all confirmed by email to clarify the discussions which took place.

Cerian was brilliant - she understood exactly what we wanted and was extremely proactive in putting forward potential property’s to view - she was always available and made booking viewings stress free

Very friendly and well informed about the properties. Any questions I had were answered either at the time or they got back to me later the same day

Since chancellors got my phone number they call me each month despite me asking they take my details off their system. I have no desire to work with their company as I have had multiple friends tell me they are terrible letting/sales agents.
The fact that I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me as I have no desire to work with them, yet they continue to try shows they do not actually listen to their potential customer base.
Having to have four phone calls which all result in "I'll make a note and have your details taken off the system" makes me think they never actually follow through with what they're requested to do.

Would never recommend this company as they cannot follow basic instructions and in doing so breach GDPR law by not complying with my request that they remove my details from their database.

Would never use this company in the future.

Cerian showed me around the property providing good guidance and recommendations on how space could be utilised. She also asked questions about what I was looking for and used this to offer other alternatives that Chancellors have on offer.

Clear and concise and seemly experience when booking for viewings or simply want advice on buying/renting your home!

We were given a warm greeting and shown around the apartment at a leisurely pace. Not rushed at all. The agent answered most of our questions and those she couldn't she promised to find out and get back to us.Very pleasant experience.
