Just been put through two weeks of inept chasing of a signature on a document. They kept sending an incorrect document with the same mistake multiple times. Then when they finally corrected the document they sent it to the wrong person to sign

When asked to send the correct document to the correct person to sign, they announced that actually no signature was required. Very poor service indeed.

The viewing was thorough, he knew a lot about the house, the neighbourhood and could present all aspects very clearly. Throughout the purchase process he supported us with timely and extensive information. When delays have occurred for legal reasons, he facilitated communication of solicitors, making the purchase possible in the agreed time.

From the start of the process, the team were friendly and honest with us. They displayed confidence that they will get our property sold for the best price...which they did.
