we have tried many estate agents in the past but chancellors are by far the best..... the staff are really friendly and unlike some estate agents they do always keep you regularly updated..... they have a massive client database and managed to quickly sell our property...... the Amersham branch were brilliant...... many thanks to james who made the whole process run smoothly and quickly

Even if we didn't find the correct property with Chancellors, the agents we professional, approachable and keen to pass on relevant properties in a pro-active manner.

My experience whislt liasing with James Wright at Chancellors Amersham over the recent week, including four viewings, has been a pleasure. James has provided all the information we're requested promptly and has been able to answer any points raised during the viewings.

Good honest advice and helped us find the right buyer at the right price.

Disappointed with initial valuation, went with our gut on price and the house sold within a week, over the asking price. There were many viewings and James kept us informed every step.
The house was nicely presented For sale in numerous places.

I was looking for property to move quickly, Nathan understood my requirement and delt effectively and professionally helped me to find the property.

This review is about James from the Amersham branch but also extends to his colleagues in the Chesham branch, in particular, Abigail and Nick.
My wife and I are currently on the market for our first home. We’ve been looking for about six months and had to liaise with a number of estate agents in that time in our pursuit to find our first home. Everyone knows that estates agents are a mix bag, some great, some good, and some you wish you just never came across. We’re still in the search for our home, we know the area that we want, we know what type of home suits us, and now we know what agent we’ll be working with... a big leap of faith given vendors could put their property with any number of agents, but the reality is... if you want a honest, communicable, appreciative and flexible agent, then look no further. Chancellors are 10/10. I hope this review doesn’t come back to bite me in the wrong places, but I’m confident these guys will find us our first home and that we’ll continue to be pleased with their service.

Great customer service. James wright was really helpful in arranging viewings including accommodating last minute changes. The viewings were extremly informative with prompt following up. Very professional with nice personal touch and motivated to get best price for our home.
James was very quick with responses and understands the buyer requirement. He was very honest. Previously we have been let down by various agents about not being honest with us about the upper chain but with James we felt very supported. Cannot recommend him enough.
