I have been dealing with Sirus Kayedi, the lettings Manager of Barnet branch. Excellent experience of his services before renting and afterwards. I recommend him.

Being a first time buyer I was nervous about viewing properties. After 3 viewings I found the flat I wanted, and dealt with Geoff Solly from Chancellors Estate Agents.
He was very helpful from the beginning. Kept me in the loop with each step of the purchasing of the property. Always felt I could contact him if and when I had questions or queries.

I was in contact with Sales Negotiator Rebecca Carroll who has been very helpful and prompt with her responses during this process which is greatly appreciated.
One improvement would be the way properties are displayed on the website. As there is no address, it was difficult to co-ordinate viewings in the first instance.
Overall, I am very happy with the service provided.

Sirus is very knowledge about the area and understands the needs of each of his clients well. He also went for the extra mile covering viewing appointments that were meant to be cancelled due to staff sickness to ensure clients are not let down.
