Very good experience with Sirus Kayedi from Chencellors. He took the time outside of the working hours to speak with us and make sure everything was communicated on time.

Wiktoria was extremely pleasant and supportive in her call back to me regarding arranging a viewing. She was accommodating in booking a date / time, as well as offering further properties that may be of interest. I found her manner to be extremely communicative and friendly.

The staff deserve 5 stars: Geoff has been very patient and understanding with me (my property was on/off his books for ten years) as i kept changing my mind. Rebecca was most supportive and concerned over my health whenever she undertook viewings. Their regular telephone calls to me enabled me to understand which purchaser would be the most likely to complete with minimal fuss. We await a completion date and feel very happy that Geoff and Rebecca well deserve their fee for all the hard work they put in.

We were very happy with Chancellors' efforts in selling our property. They were hard-working and extremely professional. They always give feedback on their viewings and are always available for advice and help. Would definitely recommend.
