Wonderful service by Ethan Hylton
Wonderful service by Ethan Hylton. We walked into the office and Ethan made himself available and assisted us, even though it was after 6 pm. He took our requirements very seriously and already on the following day was able to send us a list of properties. He made sure to line up viewings on the same day so to make it very convenient for us, and we already put in an offer. We are very grateful for his speedy service and the attention he has given us.

Friendly and attentive
The staff in branch are friendly and willing to guide people through the process. Arranging viewings of properties has been smooth. Ethan at the Oxford, Botley branch has been friendly, attentive and responsive. He's also been transparent when he's needed advice from more senior colleagues, which is appreciated.

Rebecca was great during the whole process. When I originally got in touch about the property, I received a call back and the process was explained and we continued from there. This was helpful, as I had contacted another company regarding a property and they never followed up with me. She was lovely and helpful. All went smoothly and was successful in securing a tenancy.
