Jordan gave us clear information and was willing to listen to our requirements. He was at the property when we arrived and showed us around with no hurry or pressure. He answered our questions, we felt, with honesty.
Altogether, he represented his firm extremely well.

Jordan showed us around a property, was very professional and had all the answers to the questions we had.

From making the initial booking, to viewing the property, this was a most enjoyable experience. Particularly as I'm significantly visually impaired, which meant ideally I'd benefit from being able to have more time to view the property. Fortunately Jordan was very helpful & considerate and was able to accommodate me for another visit at very short notice. On some occasions estate agents can be negatively perceived, but I feel I must say the current 'crop' of staff employed by Chancellors have all made viewing this popular property a pleasant experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this estate agent. Jordan was very good, with a 'can do' approach and inclusive too - which was very much appreciated. Thank you!

Company was very efficent in making arangements for viewing. They called on the day of viewing to conferm that the viewing was ok to go ahead. Agent was very knowledgable about the property.

We received the same level of service from the area manager, who like all at the local branch, went above and beyond to ensure the sell of our property went as smoothly as possible. The system I was put through with was not very good. To start the signal wasnt great and the lady I spoke to was quite unprofessional by saying "for Gods sake" when the phone wasn't working and thinking I couldn't hear. Whilst annoying when these things don't work, I don't expect to hear that from the sales team. Also finding the property we wanted to view was entirely too difficult despite me describing in full detail the property I wished to view. Didn't fill me with confidence when it took more than a few minutes to find which propertey I was wanting to view.

Our main point of contact was Jordan who I cannot praise highly enough other parts of the sale and completion of the sale was frustrating but Jordan could not do enough and went above and beyond.

Kirsty and her team were always in hand during the selling process. They found a cash buyer for our property within weeks and were amazing with all aspects of communication. We’d recommend selling with their team!

My experience with the company was not good at the start it took them a long time to sell the house but when Jordon Horne came along and took over he was brilliant easy to talk to and keep in touch with what was going on every week I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting with him as I’m living in Scotland and Chancellors was selling the house so it was great when Jordon took over he could not have be more helpful and a lovely person to talk with I hope he goes a long way with Chancellors it’s people like him the company needs

Kirsty and Jordan went above and beyond their role. The whole purchasing of the house became complicated due to above parties in the chain but with Kirsty and Jordan pushing and chasing, I honestly feel the whole purchase would have fallen through. They were through, supportive and called back when they said they would.

Turned up on time very professional and talked me thru all questions I had re property
