Zoe has been particularly helpful when we had a fall through. She ensured we were looked after well and was very flexible to our needs. The team worked hard in order for us to sell the property again. Once sold, they allocated a dedicated team to ensure that someone is keeping an eye on the sales progression.
Although there was not much update on the sales progression previously when we fell through, they were able to improve this on the second sale. We are currently receiving on-going, consistent progression updates from the team. So I would recommend Chancellors to others.

He called me the day receiving our complaint email. At first he tried to push the company line (shirking responsibility), but upon my insistence, he listened and heard my points. What I appreciated most was that he took prompt actions and managed to solve the problems within our requested time frame. I see that a customer friendly, competent and diligent execution. I cannot praise Kathryn Badenhorst highly enough for her expertise, commitment, positivity and empathy throughout her involvement with my recent house sale. The situation was complicated and protracted but Kathy never failed to keep me informed of everything that was going on and did everything she could to help progress things. I shall be eternally grateful to her for all she did to bring this sale to a successful and happy conclusion for all concerned.

We have been going through purchasing a property for the last 7 months and it wasnt exactly a straight forward experience due to mortgage lenders through the interest rate hike. However, all through that time we were in communication mainly with Kathy. Kathy has been excellent. We are so grateful for her support and help. She went above and beyond when we needed information from the vendors or if we needed an extra push from the solicitors. We cannot recommend enough Kathy and the rest of the team.
