Wanted to write a review about Laura Taylor. I'm in the process of selling my flat with Chancellors and Laura rung me and left a couple of messages to try and chase me to ask me if I required any assistance with the selling of my flat.
On Friday 30/10 I mentioned that some of the pics of my flat were out of date and also that I couldn't see my flat on any of the online selling sites, Zoopla etc. Laura quickly sorted this out for me and just before 5.30 on same Friday evening rang to let me know this was now sorted.
Today Mon 2/11 at 10am Laura rung me to discuss the latest Covid situation with selling my flat and also suggested I think about getting the legal pack organised for the selling of my flat.
I have purchased 2 properties from Chancellors and own 3 properties that Chancellors rent out for me and over the past 5 years I have to say that Laura has provided first class customer service. She is professional but friendly and definatly the most proactive and helpful staff member that I have had the pleasure to deal with. A real asset to Chancellors.
