Chancellor’s have been truly amazing in every way. Each member of the lettings agency have acted so hard to find us a tenant for our apartment in a very short space of time. They kept us informed on a weekly basis as to how many people were interested in renting our property. We had three tenants introduced to us and they found a very suitable couple to rent from us. The main reason we decided to use Chancellor’s was because of the insurance policy, which offers us peace of mind during the letting period. And, the fact that they will manage the tenancy on our behalf.
We especially would like to say a very big thank you to Kayleigh the Lettings manager and Rhiannon Lettings Negotiator for whom nothing was too much trouble.
No matter how often we needed to phone them about anything that we were concerned about they were quick to respond.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rhiannon to discuss my housing needs recently. I had many questions and was uncertain of how to proceed in my circumstances. They always keep you informed on your application and other properties that are newly listed before they are advertised on Rightmove or Zoopla. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Key people such as Rhiannon and Raychel have made the process of searching for your next home stress-free.

Great service - process is a little slower than I would have liked (more my impatience I suspect) but overall really pleased with the experience and services offered by Raychel and her team.
