Web site requires an update. Photos are difficult to open, and need to be updated to accurately reflect the condition and state of the property on offer. The maps require tweaking. Various street views were not indicative of the property location. We had to copy and paste the details into Rightmove to gain further insight.
Property info should state everything such as internet access, it’s speed, if SKY is available, parking conditions, what the village or town has to offer etc. An example is a village where one property had no parking available, only on the very busy road outside, and the local pub had recently closed.
Our agent Eleanor was very good at her job; however agents should be armed with all the necessary details of each property. Eleanor was very accommodating and looked after us very well.
Clients travel huge distances to view properties. Our trip was no exception. If photos and descriptions are accurate, even down to all the negatives, we would be in a better position to judge if the travel to view is worth doing.

Eleanor was was very pleasant company. She let me take my time around the house which allowed me to decide if maybe I could make my home there. I’m afraid the house did not appeal to me. Quite dark inside and I did not like the garden. Too much tarmac and concrete.
Constant updates.
Excellent communication.
Straightforward answers to any questions or concerns.
