From the moment we walked through the door of Chancellors estate agents Natasha couldn’t be more friendly and professional. She listened to our needs and found a house that more than fulfilled them. She negotiated between us and the vendor to find a price that we all agreed on. She was always cheerful and helped set up the survey and conveyancing so we could bring it all together under one roof. We couldn’t recommend both Natasha and Chancellors more highly and we are very glad we walked through that door.

I have found that Maria in particular goes above and beyond to help. The rest of the team in the leominster branch are also always happy to give there time.

I walked past Chancellors the other day and popped in to see Maria. I wanted to thank her again for her help when we brought our house in Leominster.

What impressed us about Maria was her genuine interest in our situation, her excellent communication skills and keeping us informed throughout the process. She gave great advice and was always ready to answer our queries. She explained things clearly for us. Although she must have been busy with many clients, it felt as if we were her focus. There is undoubtedly a degree of stress in buying a house but we always felt that Maria was trustworthy and efficient at what she was doing. It gave great peace of mind. She lightened the load with her bright disposition and this was tremendously helpful for us. At times when we felt others in the process were not as helpful as they could be, we would turn to Maria.

Maria provided such a high standard of care and efficiency, we would not hesitate to use Chancellors again should we wish to move home in the future.

We spoke to Natasha on Wednesday mid afternoon, by the end of the working day we had list of properties, 4 of which we would potentially view. Natasha was friendly and really helpful; she totally “got” our requirements and matched properties very well indeed. We have made a viewing appointment. She has been courteous and professional throughout and it a pleasure liaising with her over our property needs

We viewed a property with Chancellors on Saturday June 11th in Leominster. I have to say the member of staff from the company, Natasha Maddox, was excellent. She was very welcoming and pleasant and took a great deal of time and effort to answer our questions. She also answered emails very quickly and generally gave a first class service. She is an asset to the company.
