Shocking been trying to contact the Llandrindod office, goes to answer phone, no one returns your calls, called the Hereford office asked for the Director to call and yes NOTHING!
We could be potential buyers for a property we have seen and it's hopeless.

Me and my partner went to View a property with Jordan . We wanted to view the property quickly and Jordan went out of his way to accommodate us. Nothing was to much trouble for him.He was very friendly and professional.

Plenty of time was given to inspect and visit all areas of property.
Good viewing

The gentleman that showed the properties was on time and well presented. He showed us around two properties and on both occasions showed repect and was courteous of the vendor.
He was able to answer our questions and even made enquiries ahead of the visit to meet our needs and concerns.
He made us feel relaxed during our veiwings.

Jordan was polite and friendly and was very accommodating. He made viewing the property easy and was informative. 10/10.

Jason came out to an early evening viewing in the countryside. He was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the property. He was helpful& friendly and gave us information about the property.He has an admirable work ethic. It was his first week in the role.we thought he did very well. If he would like tips for the future- Distances from properties to the nearest amenities such as doctors, shops, etc- where the local footpaths lead are all useful background information for viewers.
