I am letting out a property in harrow through Chancellors Northwood. The staff have been very helpful in difficult circumstances and have managed to find the right tenants with rental target achieved. They managed the property and all the legal requirements very well. At the same time the process have been seamless and Hanna Boyle at the Northwood branch has been excellent. She have managed to keep on top of marketing, viewings and all other aspects to get the property advertised and a smooth moving in of the tenants with a void of only 2-3 days. In respect of the sale of my mothers flat, the Northwood branch have been great, especially Nicole Burridge and Ben Voss who were extremely helpful and knowledgable and kept us informed every step of the way. Could not believe how quickly we received an offer on the property - less than 2 weeks !!
