Ruadhri Bates at the Chancellors - Notting Hill was very helpful and prompt to respond to us, when we were looking for a flat to rent. Chancellors has a good collection of properties to rent around London.

If you were creating a template for the perfect estate agent, the one you'd LIKE to have, chances are you'd come up with something that looked remarkably like Chancellors Notting Hill. I've been buying, selling and letting properties for over 50 years and never before come across people who are so quick to grasp what you're looking for and so super-efficient at letting you know how they're getting on with the task you've set them. And they're really nice!

Ruadhri was very helpful, got me a viewing that suited me and also gave me a few more ideas and suggestions that suited my needs. Very considerate and personable.

I have used Chancellors to rent a couple of properties in Notting Hill for several years now. They have always been excellent, giving very accurate pricing and always finding a tenant for the property very quickly.

In addition I have always had very positive feedback from tenants who have been managed by them, with quick turn around times on responding to maintenance issues.

Hugh showed us a lovely property and securing it was a quick and straightforward process. He was prompt in replying to emails, and everything went smoothly. We had some issues with the referencing app Chancellors is using but managed to resolve them.

Super service, as a relo agent, we are always asking for quick responses with stock and certain appt veiwing times etc. if Hugh (sorry, mistake before as was multi- tasking) can't make it then he ensures someone else will. Genuine good service all round.
