I have let 3 properties over the last 6 years through Louise Dabbagh at Chancellors. The service from initial instruction to end of tenancy has been first class. Louise goes beyond what you would normally expect. She is a true professional. I can also recommend the property management team. They are very quick to respond and very practical and efficient.

I have used Chancellors for several years now to rent out my flat. Joe has been extremely efficient, getting back to me promptly when needed. He has always been willing to help, is extremely friendly and professional and made the process very smooth. Thank you Joe!

Helpful, but could have been more helpful. Sale was very protracted due to us having tenants who could not move out until end of tenancy. Difficulties were encountered with the buyers trying to complete early to make stamp duty savings and getting information from the buyers solicitors was almost impossible. Chancellors could have been more proactive speaking to the buyers to get information- felt left in the dark a lot of the time.

Noor was empathic to my requirements and without trying to push anything on me, shared a flat that fitted almost exactly my requirements but even more so, delighted me. Thanks also to the great team supporting Noor. Would absolutely recommend Chancellors Richmond.
