Like a friend
I missed one or two phone calls from the group but the agents were always quick to hop back on the topic and helped us through a lot of decisions in finding our new home. Felicity was patient and got a lot of the stuff cared for. The whole letting process was quick and hassle-free.

Was in a search for my dream flat, to my luck Chancellor was listing the perfect one! I was eager to view and get the ball rolling. Felicity was great at helping with this, she was responding to all my questions via email/calls and when an earlier viewing became available she let me know asap. Great service and advice
The property management team have been great at answering my queries and sending information over quickly.
In particular Amy Farquhar has listened carefully to complex issues, understood what was needed and given clear advice and instructions.
This has made navigating tricky situations a lot less stressful. I have been really impressed with her professionalism and the service overall.

I had a phone call from Emilia about a renewal when I'm working I don't have my phone on so she left me a message and also sent me a email.
Emilia is always very polite and friendly when I speak to her. She has made the renewal very easy and quick between my landlord and myself

Professional staff stylish building
My partner and I lived at Royal Winchester House for 2 years and we were extremely happy there.
The apartments themselves are high spec, easy to maintain and the location is perfect as it is in the town centre.
A particular mention goes to Aleks from concierge who made us feel welcome from day one and became a dear friend to us. He always went above and beyond to ensure we were supported particularly when we were moving in and out of the property.
Overall, RWH has a team of professional and helpful staff and it was a pleasure to live there!
