Alex was a fantastic agent. He was really helpful as my train was delayed, so he picked me up from the station so I could see the property. He was very polite, lovely to deal with and helpful with my questions. Overall a great viewing experience.

Very professional. Friendly and we felt comfortable looking round with him. He explained lots of things such as the fireplace and why the property is priced at that amount. He didn't rush us, so gave us enough time to look round.

It was a great experience for us for now. Alex helped us with setting up a viewing and he was very helpful with explaining all the details and describing the area of the property.

I have recently visited a property being sold through Chancellors and was impressed with the overall professionalism of the combined efforts of the Senior Sales Negotiator and Sales Manager respectively. All information and responses to open questions were provided in advance of the viewing which was conducted on time at the site. I was impressed by their market knowledge and felt at ease when discussing the options available to me. They show a lot of experience and confidence in what they say and do. Everything was well organised for an open day which made life in a busy house with children easier.
