After dealing with a few Estate Agents, I went with Chancellors in Staines for the following reasons.1) Completely open and honest with all dealings I had, from the enquiry stage to putting the house on the market. 2) They work as a team and make you feel that you are unique to what they are doing and you are high on their priority list.3)They really do practice their Covid rules safely and we never felt like they were taking short-cuts. Well recommended and if it saves you blood ,sweat and tears, then I would say , go to these guys first !

Roy is a professional gentleman who helped me to rent the apartment for my family in my preference location. He is very details, energetic and very prompt response to my questions & concern. I have no double and will refer Roy to my friends who need professional property management service.

I was really pleased with the clear and informative communication of Roy. I found him to be patient and understanding, especially when I kept going back and forth. A real asset the company, and if all employees are like that then I will not only be using Chancellors again, but will be reccommending them to my friends.

I had a viewing with Roy from Staines, who was very professional and knowledgeable on all details we needed to know about the property. He even informed me about things I didn’t think to ask!

Simply put, it can be divided before and after Matthew comes.
