I would like to thank and highlight Jemma Dixon as a person who professionally handled the deposit release process of our tenancy. Also, I am happy to thank our property manager Gabriella for her great support during our term. We have warm memories of Chancellor.

We have been very impressed in our dealings with Chancellor’s in Summertown, Oxford. From the outset Katie Palmer was genuinely interested in our requirements, which she took time to understand. She then worked tirelessly to translate them into reality. Katie has been unfailingly responsive and has facilitated process issues at every turn with consummate professionalism. It has been a pleasure doing business with Chancellor’s and we highly recommend this agent.

A very awful experience with their staff as they neglected to tell me that the property I was renting was for sell and that I would have to move out at any time. The agent blinded side me and told me that I was signing a 3 year contract on the flat I was renting and then told the Landlady that I requested the contract to be 3 years which is not true. Now that the Landlady and I are talking directly we are finding holes in the story that Chancellor told us both.

This behaviour is extremely impactful to me and my son, as I now am in the limbo, my son needs stability and I just wanted to settle in a place for at lease a year.

It is also impactful to the landlady because unfortunately I am not in a position to be facilitating viewings frequently, and she is in an extremely difficult position where the property needs to be sold ASAP.

Chancellors told the landlady that I was fully aware of the selling situation when I was not, so she accepted my offer hoping that as soon as I moved in I will be facilitating frequent viewing to help sell the flat. I really feel for her.

Both the landlady and myself are impacted financially and emotionally by how Chancellors, has done business with us.

They are aggressive in the way they do business and ready to deceive if that puts them in advantageous position. Be very cautious when doing business with Chancellors.

Great communication and willingness to help! Would recommend using this company to organise your move.
