Previous experience of house buying wasn't great, and Jess answered my million and one questions happily, even if I ended up calling a couple of times a day!

Jessica accompanied us when we viewed a house (that we are subsequently going to buy). Although the house had only just come on to the market, she could not have been more helpful. Jessica showed us some old plans that had been drawn up in 1991, to extend the property and they gave us lots of ideas for a future extension. She was polite, professional and followed up e mails and telephone messages swiftly and efficiently. Jessica understands that buying and selling a house is a stressful time and she does everything she can to alleviate the stress and move the purchase/sale forward.

Lisa has handled this transaction professionally and with a timely and courteous approach and is a credit to your company.

We had our first viewing with Chancellors hosted by Ruth Waclawek last week, which was fantastic. Ruth had arrived early, and gave us a thorough briefing of the property before we embarked on the viewing itself.
Ruth gave us the freedom to explore the house, and then re-group to ask any questions (all of which were answered comprehensively). I really enjoyed the viewing and thought Ruth was a great ambassador for Chancellors, being professional, knowledgeable and very engaging.
Ultimately, Ruth very quicker identified the important factors for us, and was able to highlight these through the viewing.
