Madeline Todd viewing
Madeline Todd conducted a more than perfect viewing for me and my partner. The experience she provided was more like talking to a friend than an agent. She was very kind and thorough. She listened to everything, took notes and was able to respond in kind. We realised that it was past her time to go home but this did not affect her in any negative way, and she continually explained we can take our time and make sure we are all happy with the visit. Madeline has positive demeanor, is a very intelligent young woman, and a credit to the company. I state again this was like speaking to a friend and the experience she provided was above and beyond the normal standard and we really appreciate her for that. Me and my family are very happy with Madeline and we would always recommend her to anyone looking for a property. This is what purchasing a property should feel like for anyone as it is a very important decision in life. I can only give 5 stars for this review but she gave a 10 star experience.

Hazem gave me a follow-up call to check everything was ok with my present tenant. in addition, he also gave some really good advice re the property and answered my questions re company let in the future. Really useful information and he reconfirmed my certificate EPC was UpToDate. Very professional.

Hazem the property expert with an edge above the rest!!
I arranged to meet Hazem, who was going to give me further information on how to manage my property better for maximum rental income. Hazem was so well equipped with knowledge that I was left flabaghasted with all the things he told me about renting a property and my duty of care as a landlord towards perspective tenants. The methods of renting were elaborated to some profound lengths and even advised on future laws and legislation to take precedent soon.
Hazem was a nice chap who had the most affable manners than your usual estate agent as his intentions were not get me to put pen to paper but educate me with his wealth of knowledge and what I did after that was entirely my choice. Every step of his conversation I could feel that I was first and foremost than anyone else.
I have no hesitation to say I will be using Hazem after my current contract ends as I know I will be well looked after because for Hazem, the customer is more important than money.
